Windows 7

Langkah-langkah merubah tampilan Windows 7 menjadi Windows 8

Ingin mempunyai komputer Windows XP/Vista/7 dengan rasa Windows 8. Ikuti tutorial lengkapnya di bawah ini :

1. Buat restore point untuk berjaga-jaga apabila ada kegagalan dalam melakukan tutorial ini. Caranya klik Start, lalu klik kanan My Computer, kemudian klik Properties, setelah itu klik System Protection, dan yang terakhir klik Create. Dan nanti ketika ada masalah yang terjadi Anda bisa mengembalikannya dengan cara klik Start, lalu klik All Programs, selanjutnya klik Accessories, kemudian klik System Tools, dan terakhir klik System Restore.

2. Setelah Anda berhasil membuat Restore Point, langkah selanjutnya adalah download Windows 8 Transformation Pack melalui link di atas. Ketika file sudah terdownload dengan sukses, rename file tersebut dengan ekstensi .zip (bukan .zip_). Selanjutnya ekstrak file Windows_8_Transformation.zip ini.

3. Setelah itu klik file windows_8_transformation_pack.exe untuk menginstal software Windows 8 Transformation.

4. Klik tombol Install dan biarkan software ini merubah tampilan Windows 7 menjadi Windows 8.

5. Muncul jendela yang menyatakan proses instalasi berhasil dan meminta konfirmasi untuk me-restart komputer. Klik restart komputer.

6. Selamat Anda sudah mempunyai Windows Xp/Vista/7 dengan tampilan Windows 8.

Gampang banget kan tutorial re-design Windows 7 kali ini. Pastinya dong! Semoga anda menyukai tampilan baru di Windows 7 di komputer kesayangan Anda.

Tips menambah tinggi badan secara alami (Up Date)

1. Cukup tidur siang dan malam hari

Tidur siang terbukti mampu menambah tinggi badan. Itu dikarenakan saat kita tidur siang hormon pertumbuhan(Growth Hormone) lebih aktif bekerja. Tidur siang yg nyenyak jg memberikan rasa rileks pada tubuh. Ini dapat mengurangi stres, terhindar dari penyakit jantung dan memperpanjang umur. Beberapa penelitian jg menyebutkan bahwa tidur siang mampu meningkatkan produktivitas, kreativitas dan kemampuan para pekerja. Lama waktu tidur siang yg baik adalah sekitar 15 menit sampai 1 jam. Sedangkan tidur malam minim 6 jam sampai 8 jam. Dan tentu saja tidur malam lebih penting dan sebaiknya selalu teratur serta cukup.

2. Memposisikan tubuh lurus terlentang saat tidur.

Entah darimana guru saya bisa tahu cara meninggikan badan dengan memposisikan tubuh lurus saat tidur. Tapi saya melakukan itu setiap tidur dan terbukti berhasil. Walaupun, memang posisi tidur seperti itu menyiksa bagi saya. Mungkin saja dengan posisi seperti itu proses pertumbuhan lebih optimal. Tubuh terlentang, kaki dan tangan lurus.

3. Makan dan minum-minuman yg mengandung protein serta kalsium tinggi

Makanan dan minuman yg banyak mengandung protein dan kalsium tinggi jg dapat meninggikan badan. Terutama susu yg memiliki kandungan gizi yg sangat lengkap. Dan sebaiknya minum susu saat akan tidur malam karena penyerapan gizi lebih optimal di waktu tidur malam.

4. Olahraga secara teratur

Olahraga juga penting bagi pertumbuhan. Renang dan basket adalah olahraga yang efektif menambah tinggi badan. Kalaupun anda terlalu sibuk dan tidak bisa melakukannya, coba untuk tiap hari melompat sebanyak 10x. Lebih baik lagi memasang target untuk dilampaui. Jadi, semisal anda punya lemari yang tinggi. Nah, usahakan terus melompat melebihi lemari itu. Memang butuh waktu berbulan-bulan tapi anda jangan putus asa, karena hasilnya akan sepadan. Tidak harus lemari, gunakan garis atau apapun sebagai target yang tidak bisa anda jangkau.

5. Jangan membiasakan diri berposisi bungkuk

Ada kebiasaan-kebiasaan yang sebenarnya salah bagi kesehatan. Posisi duduk dan berdiri bungkuk dapat menghambat pertumbuhan. Apalagi tidur di atas meja saat belajar atau bekerja.
